Hawaiian Chicken
Rice 
*Take one package of dry onion soup and mix it with 8 oz. of Russian dressing.  Add 4 oz. pineapple and 4 oz. apricot preserves.  Spray glass baking dish with cooking spray and place 1 lb. chicken breasts in dish.  Pour dressing mixture over top of chicken.  Be sure to coat all of the chicken.   Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked.

Pulled BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

*I just throw 1 lb or more of chicken breasts in the crock pot with garlic powder, onion powder, BBQ sauce and a tablespoon of grape jelly.  Let it cook all day and shred the chicken at dinner time for delicious sandwiches.  I serve these on toasted buns with Colby jack cheese.

*My recipe:
Buy 4 cube steaks, coat in flour, salt, garlic, an pepper and brown in a pan.  Place about half an onion cut up in the bottom of a baking dish and cover with 1/2 jar Brown Gravy.  Place cube steak on top and cover with remaining gravy.  You can put potatoes and carrots in if you would like.  Then bake covered for 2-2.5 hours at 350.

*My Recipe:
Buy frozen chicken patties and bake in oven according to package, for the last five minutes cover patty with a slice of provolone cheese.  Meanwhile, make angel hair pasta according to package and then toss with garlic and olive oil.  Heat spaghetti sauce in pan.  Cook green beans with 1-2 tbsp. Italian dressing.  Finally, put pasta on plate and top with chicken and spaghetti sauce and serve the beans on the side.

Cook 1 lb. ground sirloin in a skillet with onion and garlic.  Drain off excess fat.  Add 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup, 1/2 cup sour cream, and milk to make it creamy (I usually add a little milk at a time until I get it just right).  Serve on top of mashed potatoes or egg noodles.

*My Recipe:
Get 1 lb. of roast beef at the deli.  Dice the roast beef.  Put a little bit of vegetable oil in a skillet and cook onions and peppers (mushroom if you like) for about five minutes.  Then add the diced roast beef and 2-3 Tablespoons of A-1 Sauce.  Serve on toasted bun topped with melted American or Provolone cheese.
